Your U.S. Entry Waiver

When the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency approves the waiver package prepared by Express Pardons, you receive a letter of affirmation and an I-194 document. Both the letter and I-194 constitutes your U.S. entry waiver and must be presented when entering the United States. The waiver sets out the term of the waiver and the basis for approval.
Entry Waivers are valid for multiple entries into the United States for the term of the document, which is issued for 1 to 5 years. The waiver must be renewed before expiry to maintain continuous access to the United States.
Entry Waivers guarantee you the right to the same treatment as any other border crosser who is not inadmissible. Once you have a U.S. Entry Waiver, you can apply for a FAST or NEXUS card.
Upon entering the U.S. with your waiver, you may be subject to a minor inspection of your documents which can take 5 - 10 minutes. Occasionally there is a fee of $7.00 associated with a border entry.
