Express Pardons generally only deals with deportation for crimes committed in Canada. For crimes committed abroad there is a chance that she could be deported if immigration became aware of crimes committed in another country, especially if the person is wanted in another country and has a extradition agreement with Canada. I would recommend talking to an immigration lawyer regarding this.

I am not sure that I understand your question. An absolute discharge is automatically removed from your record after one year. If you have more questions you can visit our website at www.expresspardons.com or call 1-866-416-6772.

[...] again; even if only on a connecting flight, then it is highly recommended that you look into a US Waiver . It truly could make the difference between your dream vacation to Dubai and no vacation at all. [...]

Parliament in Canada will be back in session on September 19th so we would expect an announcement regarding the omnibus crime bill shortly after that. Currently there is no indication of when exactly the new laws will be in effect. Check out Express Pardons for more information and updates as legislation changes happen.

The RCMP has advised us that it will take at least 120 days to process the criminal record however, due to backlog they are taking anywhere from 6 to 10 months process certified criminal records for pardon applications. You can visit the RCMP website for more information. Express Pardons can help you with your pardon application as well.

It's more than 120 days. Its been 5 months since I submitted my electronic fingerprints to the RCMP. I emailed them on the status and all I got is that they received them. Nothing more. I have three indictable offences from 1996-1998 and for the first time I am actually finding roadblocks with getting work. Very stressful with Bill C-23B lurking as if it passes in it's current state I will never be able to get a pardon. Are these fingerprint processing times normal now?
