Applications with Express Pardons take only 3 to 5 minutes by toll-free phone or online. Our work begins immediately. Express Pardons asks you for some basic information required to represent you before the Clemency and Pardons Board. You can start the application process here.

Express Pardons prepares the required legal documents for your signature and forwards them to your address or email of choice. All of the documents are formulated specifically for your case and only require your signature and date.

Express Pardons immediately obtains a unique Pardons and Clemency claim number and assigns it to your case and begins the process of evaluating your file and preparing a strategy to accelerate your process.

You are required to provide a photocopy of two pieces of identification, including one photographic piece. Secondly, you will need to obtain a set of fingerprints for the purpose of a pardon. We will provide you with guidance and the location and contact info for facilities closest to your location. We require fingerprints to obtain certified criminal record documents from the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) and for submission with your pardon claim.
