Applications with Express Pardons take only 3 to 5 minutes by toll-free phone or online. Our work begins immediately. Express Pardons asks you for some basic information required to prepare a compelling request to the Customs and Border Protection Agency (CBP).

Express Pardons prepares the required legal documents for your signature and forwards them to your address or email of choice. All of the documents are formulated specifically for your case and only require your signature and date.

Express Pardons immediately obtains unique I-912 and G325A forms from the Customs and Border Protection Agency and assigns them to your case. We then begin the process of evaluating your file, preparing a strategy to convince the CBP to approve you for the waiver.

The Express AdvantageTM (6 - 12 months)

  • Contacts with virtually every Police and Court office in Canada allow us to accelerate communications and requests required to prepare your waiver.
  • Inside knowledge of the Customs and Border Protection Agency's internal process which we leverage to strengthen the review of your claim and avoid delays.
  • Custom database technology which monitors the process of your file and notifies our expert team of any delays or problems with your case for immediate action.
  • Free expert consultation with you to develop a request for a 5 year waiver.

You are required to provide a photocopy of identification which demonstrates your Canadian citizenship. Secondly, you will need to obtain a set of fingerprints for the purpose of a waiver. We will provide you with guidance and the location and contact info for facilities closest to your location. We require fingerprints to obtain certified criminal record documents from the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) and for submission with your waiver claim.

In order to build a strong case, your Express Pardons advisor will consult with you on preparing some supporting documents. These include:

  • 2 reference letters
  • A personal statement
  • A standard confirmation of employment

We know what the U.S. wants to hear and will guide you through these simple requirements. You do not need them to start the process.

When we have completed the waiver package, we will direct you to appear at a local border crossing or airport to meet with the Unites States Customs for fingerprinting in support of your application.

Please Note: As some court documentation requires payment to outside agencies, you may be required to pay for disbursements separately (typically $0 - $40) approximately 4 months into your process. Express Pardons will provide a statement, breaking down any disbursements incurred during the process, before payment is required.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency requires a filing fee of $545 to be submitted at the time of filing by the applicant, approximately 4 - 6 months into the process.

When your waiver is ready, it will be mailed directly to your residence from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency so you can begin your travels immediately.
