Remove Your Criminal Record

Having a criminal record has ever-increasing consequence on people's lives. Employment, travel, bonding, citizenship, adoption, even peace of mind, are all restricted when you have a criminal record. Your criminal record will never go away, unless you obtain a Canadian pardon.

How Can We Help You?
Express Pardons is ready to make a petition on your behalf and convince the National Parole Board that you deserve to be free of discrimination because of your past criminal record(s). Express Pardons gathers all the necessary evidence to successfully petition the National Parole Board for your pardon. As part of our commitment to make a difference to your life, we offer a guarantee to obtain your pardon, or we will refund your fees or make a second application free of charge.

Clearing Your Criminal Record

  • Our pardons are full pardons, and completely clear your criminal record forever.
  • We guarantee your pardon; otherwise we return your fee or complete a second application, free of charge.
  • When your pardon is granted, you receive an official letter from the government of Canada. From this point on, you are free to pursue the opportunities you deserve!

How Does The Pardon Work?
When you receive a Canadian pardon through Express Pardons, your criminal record is completely wiped from all of the searchable systems in Canada, including the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC).

All physical hard copy (paper) information is removed from CPIC and shelved in the Federal RCMP Pardon Unit's office, keeping them separate from other records. The National Parole Board also notifies any federal department or agency that is in possession of the criminal record(s) to seal and separate them from other records.

The Pardon Unit then advises the relevant local police service of the pardoned record. That police service then has 90 days to seal their local records and destroy any electronic records. Court records of your trial(s), while not physically destroyed, are placed in court archives under seal. Under these circumstances, only you can access these records.

The Important Role of Express Pardons
The National Parole Board retains the right to cease or revoke your pardon should they find information provided during their deliberations was inaccurate or incomplete. One of the crucial benefits of using the professional services of Express Pardons is to ensure this will not happen. With years of experience, processing thousands of applications each year, we have inside knowledge of the Board's requirements. Find out why so many Canadians are choosing Express Pardons.

Traveling to the United States
If you have not yet been denied entry to the United States, or if they are not otherwise already aware of your criminal record, you may travel freely to the United States once you receive a pardon from Express Pardons. Unfortunately, a pardon will not remove your record from the United States border system if they are already aware of your record. If you have already been denied entry to the United States, you will require a U.S. Entry Waiver. Read more about U.S. Entry Waivers.
