Express Pardons will complete your record suspension application on your behalf however, we will require you to sign the necessary record suspension documents, provide copies of government issued identification and have your fingerprints done by your local police or a private fingerprinting agency. If any other steps are required by you for your record suspension application an Express Pardons representative will let you know.
