You will be eligible for a pardon once you meet the eligibility requirements, which include:
- Serving all time, including parole or statutory release; and
- Satisfied any and all probation orders
- Paid all fines, surcharges, costs, restitutions and compensation orders in full
- Prohibitions of licenses and firearms do not affect eligibility.
