You will be eligible for a record suspension once you meet the eligibility requirements which include:
Serving all time, including parole or statutory release; and
Satisfied any and all probation orders.
Paid all fines, surcharges, costs, restitutions and compensation orders in full.
Prohibitions of licenses and firearms do not affect record suspension eligibility.
